gg anet, another weekend uninspiring weekend. Also gg to the Eyenstein they've got that decides on the "weekend events": I'm sure anet management will be happy with the $$ they save on server costs and bandwidth, coz of less people enjoying the weekend.

In any case, my gf will be happy to hear about this: "less time on teh evil gw and teh internetz"

'till this day, still don't get why people like to do vanquishing. It's mind-numbingly boring and to this day, unless to those who are a title freak, I still stand-by my statement, "people who do vanquishing, are already in their super-bored state towards Guild Wars. Bored people do Vanquish".

But of course everyone have their own cup of tea, so congrats to you all that fall under that category

next week make double gold runes drop Anet, ok ok?

~Cheers~ トラくん

or just introduce a funfair to do
with a circus and new games to do
unless it would be too much effort to do something new...

Technically you are able to vanquish every area in the game, including NF's Realm of Torment. The latter won't give you any progression to your title track after killing every monster though, so the weekend doesn't count for those area's.

This event is really lame, but it might prompt me to vanquish.

So many people need to learn the difference between opinion and fact.

Some people like vanquishing. Myself included. My main character achieved legendary vanquisher a long time ago, but that doesn't stop me from doing it on other characters.

Since when did vanquishing become "grind"? By that definition, so is doing quests, doing missions, or to sum it up, playing the game. If playing the game is grind, why are you still around?

I don't PVP so every PVP weekend means nothing to me, but that doesn't mean I go on a forum and cry about it.

I believe this is the second one....ever. When the first one happened earlier this year, there was actually some praise for a new weekend mixed in with all the usual overflowing QQ.
